One Bedroom Apartment

One Bedroom Apartment: Our one-bedroom apartments are approximately 500 square feet, and consist of a large bedroom with single, queen or king-size beds, and double futons or sofa beds to accommodate up to 4 guests. Rooms have ceiling fans, washroom with shower and/or bathtub, a dressing room and a fully-loaded kitchen.

Each supplemental person. 12 years and older is charged US $15/day.

The two-bedroom apartment is approximately 600 square feet, and consists of a closed bedroom with queen-size bed and privacy door, separated from a second, larger, open-concept bedroom with queen-size bed. Check-in Time: 3 p.m. ❘ Check-out Time: 11 a.m.
Reservations are secured by a 10% non-refundable deposit, and a second 40% non-refundable deposit, ninety (90) days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise negotiated, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation.

    • 91 days or more prior to arrival date: the greater of $50 USD per person or 10% deposit of total booking payment due including taxes and service charges.
    • 90 to 8 days prior to arrival date: 50% of total booking payment due including taxes and service charges
    • 7 days or less prior to arrival date (or no-show): 100% of total payment due including taxes and service charges.
