  • No Guests in excess of the numbers stated above shall stay at Mercedes’ Place or use

  • If unauthorized guests are found staying at Mercedes’ Place or using the facilities
    without prior consent from Mercedes Place Management, they would be removed.

  • No smoking allowed in doors.

  • No house parties or functions are allowed.

50% deposit is required to make a reservation, balance is due three weeks prior to check-in.

Full refund: Cancel your reservation three weeks before checkin. 

Partial Refund: If you cancel your reservation two weeks prior to checkin. you’ll get a refund of 50% of the amount paid (minus the service fee).

No Refund: If you cancel anytime within two weeks of checkin.

Check in is at 3:00 pm, Checkout is at 11:00 am.
All rates are per night and shown in US Dollars and include all taxes and service charges.

Damages and Incidentals: Security deposit is required for incidentals. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
