Welcome to The Legend Garden Condos, a complex of nine self-catered apartments set on a 350-year old plantation with 3 acres of lush, tropical land. You’ll find us at Mullins Bay, St. Peter on the Platinum Coast of beautiful Barbados.
The Legend is a family-run business, managed by a sprightly Canadian-Italian, Delia, and a fun-loving Bajan, Alex, better known as Bird. We pride ourselves on being a kick-off your shoes and do-as-you-please haven, a place to experience real Bajan living, where our guests become friends who keep coming back again and again.
Nestled in the north of Barbados’ west “Platinum” coast, Mullins Bay is great for both fun and relaxation, making The Legend the perfect get-a-away for holiday-seekers.
In and around the Bay is a selection of dining spots and a variety of local home-style cooking venues, serving scrumptious chicken, fish, ribs and seafood. Imagine picturesque sunsets with sand between your toes and a cocktail in hand. There’s also a well-stocked gas station a two-minute walk away, open 24/7.
Mullins Bay is a stones-throw away from Speightstown just a 15-minute walk to the north, and Holetown, a 10-minute drive to the south. These are two major shopping areas in either direction, strewn with attractions, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, and duty-free shopping.
One Bedroom Apartment
One Bedroom Apartment: Our one-bedroom apartments are approximately 500 square feet, and consist of a large bedroom with single, queen or king-size beds, and double futons or sofa beds to accommodate up to 4 guests. Rooms have ceiling fans, washroom with shower and/or bathtub, a dressing room and a fully-loaded kitchen.
Each supplemental person. 12 years and older is charged US $15/day.

Two Bedroom Apartment
The two-bedroom apartment is approximately 600 square feet, and consists of a closed bedroom with queen-size bed and privacy door, separated from a second, larger, open-concept bedroom with queen-size bed. All rooms have ceiling fans and air-conditioning, and include a fully-loaded kitchen, washroom with shower, and private patio ideal for dining and leisure.
Two Bedroom Suites: Queen or King-size beds. Each supplemental person. Under 12 yrs US $15/day.
12 years and older US $25/day.

US $155.00 per night.
Check-in Time: 3 p.m. ❘ Check-out Time: 11 a.m.
Reservations are secured by a 10% non-refundable deposit, and a second 40% non-refundable deposit, ninety (90) days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise negotiated, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation.
- 91 days or more prior to arrival date: the greater of $50 USD per person or 10% deposit of total booking payment due including taxes and service charges.
- 90 to 8 days prior to arrival date: 50% of total booking payment due including taxes and service charges
- 7 days or less prior to arrival date (or no-show): 100% of total payment due including taxes and service charges.
- Cancellation policy does not apply to non-refundable bookings.
